VOTING BREAKDOWN
MANAGERCHOICECOMMENTS
Stephen Williams (PET)Cash levels about right  A tad higher than I have seen them in the past perhaps, but 29 teams grouped in the 1500k to 2500k bracket looks about right to me.
Raymond Cini (PT)Cash levels about right  4 teams not enough bank to buy pre season CP may not agree!
4,000k maximum cap allowance good idea.
Matthew White (SM)Cash levels about right  Doesn't seem to be a huge excess of resources at the end of a season. I figure that added/subtracted cash will mainly come out in changes to auction prices eventually.
James Tucker (RR)Cash seems high in SESL  Cash is too high, which in turn makes SL too high.
Josh Fitzgerald (INV)Cash levels about right  I have mixed thoughts but it's a successful blend so why change?
Kevin Hull (AI)Cash levels about right
Ricky Hawthorn (STE)Cash seems low in SESL
Mark Boland (DUU)Cash levels about right  Sponsorship has already added some easy to get cash. Top teams certainly don't need more opportunities to pick up free money.
Tyron Barnard (EST)Cash levels about right  But Im not really inclined to more awards. I like it the way it is
John McCarthy (LIV)Cash levels about right
Lee Elkins (CB)Cash levels about right  There is a good spread between 0 and 4000 balance and that seems healthy to me - means that the game supports a variety of different strategies
Steve Gregory (COV)Cash seems high in SESL
Andy Shaw (FAL)Cash levels about right
Richard Burnett (NAI)Cash levels about right
Roy Rolsten (STI)Cash levels about right
Paul Cockayne (EF)Cash levels about right  Seems to work as it is and the Robin Hood scenario takes care of any hoarders.
David Blair (HIB)Cash levels about right
James White (MON)Cash seems low in SESL
Dave Smyth (HEA)Cash levels about right  50/50 split on a 2000k bank balance. About right to me.
Matt Cooper (ALB)Cash seems low in SESL
Rob Lye (ROS)Cash levels about right  5 Teams under 1,000 and only 3 teams over 3,000 . Seems about right.
Fran Morillo (BRE)Cash levels about right
Cameron Archibald (ARB)Cash seems high in SESL  Levels appear to have crept up in recent seasons? (Maybe haven't but seems that way)
Willy Krosnyak (FOR)other (specify what and why)  Take a look at my team...
Paul Roseblade (AYR)Cash levels about right
Steve Turner (ALO)Cash levels about right
Leon Permentier (DEV)other (specify what and why)  I can't comment with being new but wanted a look
Tapani Olkku (GM)Cash levels about right  fair
Daniel Fitzgerald (ANN)Cash levels about right
Bryce Kalmbach (QP)Cash levels about right
Arnold Yzermans (QOS)Cash levels about right
